HOW do i reheat the cookies?

Our cookies are best enjoyed warm. The cookies can be reheated for about 10-15 seconds in the microwave or for 3-5 minutes in a 350°F oven or until warmed through. You can also reheat frozen cookies in a 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes or until warmed through.

Where do you deliver your cookies?

we PROVIDE next day deliveries to MOST OF the greater toronto area. this includes, toronto, North york, east york, ETOBICOKE, scarborough, MISSISSAUGA, BRAMPTON, MARKHAM, RICHMOND HILL, THORNHILL, VAUGHAN, WOODBRIDGE AND OAKVILLE. you can check if your delivery address falls within our delivery range by filling your address in our checkout page. if your address is too far away, you can have our cookies shipped to you via canada/us wide shipping. same day deliveries through our partner apps (Uber Eats, Doordash, Skip the Dishes and Ritual) range from 5-10 Km FROM OUR BAKERIES.

I am planning for an event. Do you have any catering options?

Yes, we can prepare large orders for delivery or pick-up. Please send us a message at info@thenightbaker.com for more information.

when do you bake your cookies?

we bake our cookies fresh from our bakery everyday. we continuously bake throughout the day until our last hour of operation to keep cookies fresh. at the end of the day, we donate all leftover cookies to a local food bank or use too good to go to eliminate food waste. and the next day, we do it all over again.

Can I buy cookies in-store?

Yes, you can purchase cookies we have available by visiting EITHER OF our 2 STOREFRONTS ON 825 COLLEGE ST OR 405 DANFORTH AVE. we do our best to keep all flavours freshly baked and in-stock throughout the day.

When can cookies be delivered?

For orders placed on our website, deliveries will be made between 12Pm – 8pm on Tuesdays to fridays. We do not deliver on Monday, saturday or Sunday. We have a limited number of delivery slots per day. please see our delivery calendar on the checkout menu for the next available delivery date. Delivery schedules are made available for up to 10 DAYS in advance.

SQUIRRELS ATE MY COOKIES! DO I GET A REFUND/REDELIVERY?

SADLY NO. OUR COURIERS DO THEIR BEST TO DELIVER OUR COOKIES AS SAFELY AS POSSIBLE. IF THERE IS NO ONE TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY, OUR COURIERS WILL CONTACT THE NUMBER PROVIDED IN THE ORDER. HOWEVER FOR INSTANCES THAT THE RECIPIENT IS UNAVAILABLE OR CANNOT BE REACHED, THE PACKAGE WILL NEED TO BE LEFT AT THE FRONT DOOR. iN THIS CASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PACKAGE AND OUR COURIERS WILL CONSIDER THE DELIVERY TO BE COMPLETED. TO AVOID any squirrel related mishaps, PLEASE PROVIDE THE CORRECT CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE RECIPIENT SO OUR COOKIES ARE received and ENJOYED BY ITS INTENDED AUDIENCE.

do your cookies contain nuts and other allergens?

Our cookies may contain OR HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH PEANUTS, TREE nuts, DAIRY, wheat, EGG and soy. While not all cookies have nuts and other allergens as ingredients, we make all the cookies in the same place so there is potential for cross-contamination. We cannot guarantee that any of our flavours will be nut free. please ask us any questions regarding any allergy concerns and we’ll be happy to answer.

do you have gift cards?

yes we do! you can order physical gift cards at any of our locations with a min balance of $20. we also have e-gift cards which you can buy here.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, The minimum order for delivery and shipping through our website is 6 cookies per delivery address.
The minimum order for same day delivery through Uber Eats and Doordash is 6 cookies.

Do you ship cookies outside of Toronto?

Yes, we can ship our cookies Canada-wide and to the United States through Canada Post. Each cookie is vacuum sealed to retain freshness and placed in special heavy duty boxes to be preserved during transit.

I am buying cookies as a gift. Can I add a special note for the delivery?

Yes, most definitely! For gift deliveries, we can add a personalized note along with a ribbon on the box (ribbon is not applicable for parcel boxes). Please let us know in the order notes section during checkout when completing your order.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY gift card?

YOU CAN REDEEM YOUR GIFT IN-STORE OR FOR DELIVERY. FOR IN-STORE ORDERS, JUST BRING YOUR GIFT CARD AND PRESENT IT TO ONE OF OUR BAKERS UPON PAYMENT. you can ALSO USE YOUR GIFT CARDS FOR DELIVERY/SHIPPING BY EMAILING US AT INFO@THENIGHTBAKER.COM WITH YOUR ORDER. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, GIFT CARD INFO AND YOUR ORDER AND WE CAN PROCESS YOUR ORDER WITH YOUR GIFT CARD.

DO YOU HAVE FREE DELIVERY?

Yes, FOR A MIN ORDER OF $100 DELIVERY IS FREE IN TORONTO. OTHERWISE, The fee is calculated based on the location of the delivery address and will be shown on the checkout page after your provide your full delivery/shipping address on the form.

WHEN WILL THE COOKIES ARRIVE WHEN I ORDER FOR SHIPPING?

The estimated transit time in business days for each shipping option will be shown when you enter your shipping address during checkout. You can select the date you would like your order to ship out from our BAKERY. Shipments are sent out on Tuesdays – THURSDAYS. We cannot guarantee the arrival date of your order. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. FOR TORONTO DELIVERIES, COOKIES ARE DELIVERED BY OUR LOCAL COURIERS ON THE SELECTED DELIVERY DATE ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE.

Do you have CUSTOM packaging/labeling options for the cookies?

Do you have ANY CORPORATE GIFTING OPTIONS?

Yes, we DO! WE LOVE WORKING WITH BUSINESSES BOTH BIG AND SMALL. WE PROVIDE GIFTING OPTIONS FOR BOTH CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES FOR INDIVIDUAL DELIVERIES OR TO A SINGLE VENUE. WE ALSO PROVIDE DISCOUNTED RATES FOR LARGE ORDERS. Please send us a message at info@thenightbaker.com For more information.

I DO NOT HAVE THE COMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS. CAN I STILL PROCEED WITH MY ORDER?

We do our best to ensure that your cookies are delivered to the intended destination. However, we cannot be held responsible if the delivery cannot be completed if the information provided on the checkout form is incorrect or incomplete. Please make sure you have the correct address before placing your order. If you are sending cookies as a gift within our delivery range, please provide the recipient’s contact number in case we need to contact them to complete the delivery. We do not offer refunds if a delivery/shipping order cannot be completed or is returned to us by Canada Post because incorrect or incomplete information was provided.
